Balanced like me after 8 beers

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) just released Bush 2.9 Trillion dollar budget for the year, which includes, among other things, an increase in "Defense" spending, cuts in Medicare and Social Security, and an extension of the Bush tax cuts.
